This neoprene workbench cover is a fantastic addition to my setup. It lays flat right out of the box, and the surface has just the right amount of grip—tools stay put without sticking. The printed rulers and conversion charts are a nice touch and surprisingly useful for quick measurements. It also protects the wood surface from scratches, oils, and dropped tools without compromising the clean look of the bench. I’ve used it for everything from electronics work to small repairs, and it’s held up beautifully. It doesn’t bunch, curl, or slide around, even during more detailed projects. Cleanup is easy too—just a quick wipe and it looks brand new again. If you want to protect your workspace and get some added utility while you’re at it, this mat is well worth it.

Lots of research to find what I wanted in a mat. This is pretty good. It's soft, lays flat, has cleanable surface (wood chips brush off very easily) the conversion indexs are right at my first fingertips, and it's substantially thick, about 1/8". I use it for Woodcarving and with a Fiskars cutting pad for any cutting. Also use for occasional Lego builds. Any tools, parts stay put without rolling off and they are quiet. The only cons were it came folded not in a roll. There are (3) 3" long identical sharp creases in the middle through the length. They haven't disappeared by hanging or laying flat in the past 24 hours. They don't affect the function, just overall appearance. Won't return because it meets all other criteria. Smell? Yes, very strong even after airing out. Will take awhile. In a garage or workshop it's probably not a big issue. Yes recommended and at a good price point. Just be aware, it's not a cutting surface. Good product.

Excellent mat. I bought it to partially cover a butcher block work surface. Well made and heavy. I cannot speak to the accuracy of the printed rulers / measurements on the mat because I don't care if they are accurate. It's not why I bought it.

Very useful workshop mat, nothing fancy, just a functional item. Unrolls easily and stays flat. Reference charts are a nice bonus.

This mat is perfect for my use. I knew what size that I wanted and I was looking for something to put one the slick surface on my small workbench, and this Matt. has worked very well for me. I use it to work on small gauges and other items and I use this mat to keep things from rolling around and getting away from me. The charts and measuring rulers come in handy as well. They may not be exactly correct, but they work quite well when estimating lengths and what not. Recommended work mat.

I bought this mat for my gun/loading bench. It’s great. Nice and long, soft and protective, and things don’t slide around on it. Love it!

Very good mat, nice to have on the work bench to organize parts. Has a list of measurements identifier’s stencilled on the matt. Useful for quick reference
