I have always sharpened my own knives, on a steel rod or back of ceramic bowl. I always thought it was good enough until I tried the orange Ninja. Very easy to use, most of my knives fit the one setting so I could maybe got a cheaper version which has less angles, but this does scissors and even my serrated bread knife. It’s night and day, tomatoes slice like butter. And it holds it sharpness compared to my old methods. It’s sturdy, doesn’t slip, and you don’t need to put pressure, a few sliding strokes till you don’t feel resistance, start with coarse-medium-and then fine grit. It’s that fast and simple. So much better, what a difference! Highly recommend!

Used it once, adjustment wheel locked up. Very disappointed as it was rated highly.

Can't adjust the angles, contacted producent after registering product but no one came back to me with advice or any information. Definitely not worth of buying. My advice, just return if it's broken and do not waste time, to not miss the return window.

Very effective, accurate, and conveniently fast to use knife sharpener with precise angle adjustments. We also possess and use a top rated Chef's Choice sharpener which does not really allow for angle adjustment, and also regularly use a sharpening steel. Neither are as quick and convenient to use as the Orange Ninja sharpener. The results from the Orange Ninja are absolutely comparable to either of those. The Orange Ninja sharpener is also the first knife sharpener my spouse is happy to use - it is the closest thing to a bungle-proof sharpener we have experienced.
