This perch/ladder is a very nice addition to your bird’s cage. It provides a place to climb, chew and just hang out. It took my bird a while to warm up to it, but now he’s finding it fun to chew on and climb down. It is very sturdy, as there are two stainless steel wing nuts, each with two stainless fender washers, as is standard for bird perches. This perch can be placed anywhere at any angle, making it a versatile option in cage furnishings. I believe the wood is pepperwood. My bird has other perches of the same variety of wood. You can see it installed in the pictures. It is the perfect size and blends in well with his little environment. A great value item not available at the pet stores.

Arrived intact, no broken parts or perches. Arrived clean and free of any kind of dust or mold. The round perch is super small which is the only downside.

The holes where the steps screw into are pre drilled and they are not all straight like pictured. Idk if it was a fluke or they are all like this but not as expected. Yes, the birds can still use it so it does still serve its purpose but not as nice to look at.
