Great tools
Excellent tool. Just what I needed to help with my plantar fasciitis. Exactly as described.

WORTH IT!!!
I saw you tube videos on these and saw that theyโre good for plantar fasciitis pain. I am a teacher and am on my feet all day. By the end of the day my feet are HURTING! I use cold pressed castor oil and use these on my feet, they do hurt, but itโs a pain that makes you feel relief, if that makes sense. I do it for about five minutes before bed, or while I watch a show and I am able to walk without pain right after. I donโt take anything for my plantar fasciitis, so I try and handle it without meds and these do wonders! I loved them so much I bought some for my dad. My dad works in agriculture and is on his feet daily and he says he loves them too and they relive his feet pain instantly after use.

Smooth edges, Ergonomic
Although original gua sha tools were not made with stainless steel, this stainless steel set works well. The shapes of the tools are optimal, and the edges are smooth. The design is well made and ergonomic. One of the main advantages of this material is that it can last indefinitely, and doesn't break when being accidentally dropped. The weight is a bit more than that of traditional tools, but no issue for me. The price is reasonable. In summary, I like the set and consider it to be excellent.

A must for 35+ athletes
Use this at least twice a month with some cocoa butter. Watch a few YouTube videos to know what I'm doing. It's not sharp, so don't worry about it. The point of it is to create/increase blood flow to a muscle or tendon by "scraping" over the skin. (All holistic therapy in it's core is this principle; massage, tens unit, cupping, etc). Very heavy and sturdy materials. Impressed with quality.

Great tools that work well
Love the size and weight of these for the price. The design variety is great as well. My husband has used these on my back, shoulder, legs, and behind. They works amazing for pain relief and getting those knots out. These tools are durable and will last forever if taken care of properly. A lot of the pain I suffer from is do to sitting for long periods of time and causing poor circulation. This has helped in getting all the fluids moving and has truly helped to reduce the pain.
