Best controller that u can get at this price!!
I don't usually post reviews after a short term use. I bought two Red gear pro gamepad back in 2017 and using till this day, So thought of sharing my review after 6 years of usuage of this product(bought one more couple of days back as well) I am basically FPS gamer mostly playing games like Valorant and controllers are not my thing. But I bought this for casual co op multiplayer games with siblings and cousins. So please mind the review is from a PC gamer n not from a Console gamer. Coming to this device, I really enjoyed playing games on this controller. Especially the tactile feel of the buttons and vibration motors are great for the price. And u will be getting a good battery backup(i didn't check in hours but I am confident it won't be a deal breaker). And most importantly the durability of this device should be appreciated. I don't use these very often but when cousins are around these are under rough usage as u can see from the pics. So after a long 6 years of usuage I just one more again to make it as 3 to play Dirt 5, FIFA 23, Road Redemption in local multiplayer and I am so happy with the purchase. Also note I didn't face any issue connecting 3 same controllers at the same time(I am using a usb extender hub to connect the receivers). Pros: 1. Excellent value for money. 2. Great durability with good battery backup 3. Compatible with most of the games. I tested in most games and I didn't face any issue at all. 4. Good feedback and tactile feel with vibration. Cons: 1. The joystick black thumb cap crumbled over usage(but u can still play without any issues) 2. I was facing some wireless connection issue when the receiver plugged in at back of the PC, so the issue fixed when bought a usb extended with hub to keep them in the front while playing. 3. One two led out of four indicator in one controller stopped working, but that is not affecting the gaming experience but thought of mentioning that So overall its a great purchase I have done so far. So please go ahead if u are just looking for some casual gaming and fun with friends.

Simply the best gamepad of it's time.
Used this controller over 6 years now, and if you take the fact that the only reason i changed the controller is the stick drift inherently surfacing up in this controller over time, I'd say i'd never change it. Opened it up, modded a hall-effect stick on it and it's go. Triggers feel a bit sticky, Amazing value for money, Lighting is fixed and colourful - it means that i can see the colours but i cannot tweak the looks. But as a 2.4GHz controller, i couldn't go back to a bluetooth controller as the input latency and the lag will be noticeable

almost 3 Years later still just as good as new
I've used several gamepads before this one, ranging from cheap ones I found in a stationery store for Rs.300 all the way upto razer tournament edition ones that were Rs.4000, first and foremost none of them were wireless, second none lasted me as long as this gamepad, I was very skeptical when I got it because I knew these things don't last over a few months, it's always the problem of the stick shift breaking and the character just running in circles, but the more I used it the more I saw myself wanting to keep finding games that have controller support, This gamepad was my first introduction to Redgear 3 years ago and it has been an amazing product, I'll get right to the Pros and Cons. Pros: 1. Ergonomically feels good, just like any other xbox controller. 2. The grip pads have had no wear and tear after 3 years. 3. Wireless function still works with 0 issue or lag, plugs in instantly and starts working automatically with any computer I've used it with. 4. Every function of the gamepad remains just as functional as it did on day one, the lights work fine, the sticks work great, the buttons feel perfect. 5. I don't know what to even say about the battery, I charge it occasionally once in like 2 months when I remember I need to charge this thing, I don't even have any device with micro usb so I often forget to charge it, but till date, I've never seen the low battery indicator. 6. Works with any game I've tried, Driving games, FPS, 3rd person RPG, it does it's required work well. Cons: 1. Honestly I have none, call me biased but I really cannot find any even if I look at this from a devil's advocate view. All Images used are taken from my phone, the controller was not cleaned or anything, I just took it out of the drawer I keep it in, put it on my table and took pictures, ever since I bought this thing I've recommended Redgear items to all of my friends with me personally vouching for the company, even yesterday I suggested their headphones for a friend, I hope the company gets the recognition it deserves and keeps making products just as good. Edit - Editing the review in 2024 7 years after my purchase, the gamepad still functions fine, the rubber on the sides is perfectly intact, no wear and tear, but the thumbpads did start breaking off like a year ago and I put on thumbpad covers over them, finally now after helping me finish Elden Ring a week ago the thumbpads are literally breaking off so I was actually trying to look for new ones to buy and thought I'd update my review, the connectivity, the responsiveness, the input response and battery life are all still perfectly fine, only the thumbpads have broken from use after 7 years, so still recommend this controller 7 years later!

Best Game Pad in Market
It's Strong and in-hand feel appearance is so good. The haptic vibrations which I get while playing feels immersive. Been using this from 2years. No issues. Even after playing Heavy Games with it, the buttons and sticks work well as new. I love the LT & RT Triggers unlike other Game Pads, it's not just a trigger. The More you press the trigger, the more it shows the action. For suppose I'm playing Froza Horizon. The accelerator is the RT. The less I press, the slower the cars moves. When you press it full it goes full throttle. Connectivity is instant. No issues in it. The Wire is enough Long, to connect and play. Worth every penny.

Decent Controller but D-Pad Issues
I bought this Redgear controller mainly for casual gaming, and overall it's not bad for the price. The build quality feels decent, and the buttons are responsive enough for most games. However, I'm giving it 3 stars because the D-pad, especially the left and right directions, has issues. Sometimes it doesn't register properly or feels unresponsive, which can be really frustrating during gameplay—especially for platformers or fighting games where precise inputs are important. If you're using analog sticks most of the time, it might not bother you much. But if you rely on the D-pad, keep this in mind before buying.

Great controller at a price of ₹1099
The Redgear Pro Series Wired Gamepad has been a solid addition to my gaming setup. Its ergonomic design and comfortable grip make it easy to hold for extended gaming sessions. The illuminated ABXY keys add a cool aesthetic touch, and the 1.8m USB cable provides ample reach for comfortable gaming. One of the standout features is the integrated force feedback. The gamepad vibrates intensely, providing immersive haptic feedback that enhances the gaming experience. However, some users may find the vibration a bit excessive, especially during intense gameplay. Overall, the Redgear Pro Series Wired Gamepad is a good choice for gamers who appreciate strong haptic feedback and a comfortable design. While the vibration intensity might be a bit much for some, it's a great feature for those who enjoy immersive gaming experiences.

Annoyed & Cheated.....started Malfunctioning in 2 Weeks.
I bought this farce of a product & worked fine for 2 weeks. All of a sudden the left stick is malfunctioning. The left stick goes to left even when it is not pressed. To prove it to you I captured some pictures with my calibrator on my PC. As you can see see the pictures 1, 2 & 3 are where the controller was working fine. When the stick is pressed to left the + mark in the square is going left and when it is pressed right it should go to the right and etc. When the stick is not pressed the + mark should stay in the centre as shown in picture no. 3. Now look at no. 4 picture. This is where the problem comes. the press mark is going to the left even when the stick is not pressed at all. it is moving all by itself and the stick is going to the left even when I do not operate it. This caused a lot of problems as I was trying to play FIFA and other games. The player always goes to the left even when you want the player to go to the right that is because of this controller. And also the 'A' button doesn't respond very well. After spending almost 1200 rupees I was given this ridiculous product. if I had received a faulty product then I would have been less angry. but the product worked fine for 10 days, and right after the return window expired now it started malfunctioning. Now this makes it hard to return this controller as the return window is over and I'm stuck with this faulty product forever. once again I am telling you do not buy Redgear products. even if they are costly buy Logitech, Microsoft or Sony controllers. They will stay with you longer.
