Must read! Very good explanations.
This book is easy to read, and gives really good definitions of the frequencies and what they do. This book is only about the Solfeggio scale, but so all=inclusive and explanatory. I highly recommend this book for any tuning fork enthusiast, or anyone just getting started with tuning forks.

I didn’t get what I wanted from the book, but it explains a lot about frequency. Basically tells you to try until you find one that suits you. That’s what I got from it.

Be careful
I bought this book in order to have another holistic way of healing. The book was very easy to read but left it open to how long to listen to music with different Hz. So to begin with I started out with 432 Hz and easily found on YouTube some music with that frequency. About 15 minutes into the music, I began to feel odd. I turned off the sound and removed my headphones. I felt dizzy and like disoriented. Then later, NOT from this book, read it can make you feel that way. Now, I won’t do this again as it took me several hours to feel normal again. Be careful, as this sound frequency is powerful.

Small book, big information
I purchased this nook as the for kindle. It us not expensive, it is not in technical jargon, it us not boring. It IS short and succinct, direct and to the point. I will use this book over and over again I have tuning forks that u now have a greater understanding and appreciation of their power and reach.

I enyour body and cleanse it from toxins. I am looking forward to reading more from this author. I enjoyed the concise and straightforward way that the authot presented where solfeggio frequencies originated and their meaning in healing and their presence in nature. I recommend this book as an alternate way to heal.

I recently discovered(received from the universe) solfeggio information. Easy to read book. I am a yoga teacher and teach a lot about chakras. I will definitely integrate sounds in my teaching now!

Perfect reference material for advanced learners or beginners. Short, sweet, to the point. Nice addition for my library. The kindle version has great diagrams. They can be clicked on and viewed in full. Big plus.
