I've tried several products designed to remove skin tags . . . even Dr. Scholl's skin tag removal. Nothing worked for me. Dr. Scholl's product requires holding the skin tag shaft with tweezers simultaneous while applying their product. That doesn't work for someone trying to apply the product alone when the skin tag is in the underarm area. Dr. Derm is applied on like using nail polish . . . easy, easy. It works best on skin tags if you apply it 5 or 6 times a day. I had a few skin tags that were more than a decade old . . . Dr. Derm killed them! A few times I did feel a little burning sensation, but it was minor and not a deterrent to using the product. I love this product and highly recommend it for skin tags. I didn't have any warts to try it on.

Good concentration of salicylic acid, should remove most stubborn skin tags, moles or corns.Update after 2 months of use: This is working as advertised, FOR SURE. However, you need to note a few things: it can take several (5-6) weeks to remove the most stubborn sking growths; it STINGS hard after applicatoin, so this is a million miles removed from "gentle," particularly in the final stages of its effect (in the last 7-10 days befor the undesired skin falls off). Removed a growth in armpit with approx. dimensions D x L = 0.1" x 0.3" in 4-5 weeks by applying twice daily. In the final stages it "necked" (strangled) the wart, before necrosis, and application was painful. However, it is GONE, with no signs of regrowth after 2 months.

Waist of money! We had it for over a month and it dose Nothing! Very disappointed in this product.

El producto hace lo que promete, seca las verrugas, la aplicación debe realizarse despues del baño y tener el área totalmente seca, por las noches es aconsejable limpiar bien el área de aplicación, recomiendo aplicar la primera vez en un sola verruga, debo advertir que en ciertos momentos el producto puede causar dolor mínimo pues irrita la zona en la cual se aplica, esto ocurre luego de varias aplicaciones, en mi caso luego de aplicar el producto por 3 semanas las verrugas se han secado y parecen carne seca, creo que desaparecerán en 2 semanas mas de aplicación, el producto es bueno, pero debe tener cuidado aquel que tenga piel sensible o no soporta ek mínimo dolor. Lo volvería a comprar

Great product fast acting and gentle

This product stings a little when you put it on but it works slowly. Not fast enough for me I have been using it 2x a day for about a month plus and the wart just got smaller but isn't gone like I expected!

Nothing at all

I used it for a tiny skin tag, and it worked in just a few applications. I also used it on a couple red moles - for those I had to apply it for quite a long time (weeks) but it did eventually work!
