In pre-summary, the best $22 I’ve spent in a long while. Obviously not audiophile/studio sound quality, but loud enough and with adequate treble and base for my listening preferences and when going 70mph down the road. They fit perfectly in my bell MX-9 and were super easy and quick to install. Can’t speak to the mic quality, but that’s not what I need them for. I’m thinking of getting a second pair, just in case I need them, so impressed, lol. Even if they lasted only 6-12 months, they are totally worth it, at this price point and with the sound quality as it is.

I was looking for some speakers to fit inside my work Safety Headphones, as my ear buds keep popping out and I have to take the headphones off to put them back in. So, I found these with a long mic and decided to do some modifications. I drilled a big port for the mic and 2 smaller ports for the wires in the back. Had to go a little deeper to allow the ear muffler to fit back in - which actually secured it better. Need to shrink wrap the wires in the back next - or find a tight Velcro sleeve to secure them. From what I've used of it today, it works well - even better sound than my ear buds were providing. Going to test out the mic next and I'll evaluate the review in a few weeks.

Pretty nice for the price. Would be nice if they were a little thinner but they are bad. Sound is loud. Sound quality isn’t amazing but it’s better than I expected for the price. Would buy again. You hold the middle button down to power on and off. If you hold the wrong button down which is easy to do while wearing riding gloves you’ll change the laughing back to Chinese. Holding it down doesn’t change it back. You have to click it a few times then hold it down. Almost returned them when I thought I couldn’t get it back to English. Haven’t tried the mic. I leave it hang out the bottom of my helmet so I can control my music with it instead of reaching for my phone.

Worth about ten bucks. Poor audio.

It fit and work great on my scorpion exo fx helmet. The sound quality is crisp for a cheap headset. I’m very impressed.

Button functions have quit working. Can’t locate a reset function. UPDATE I held the volume up and down buttons for s few seconds and the factory reset worked. All functions are back to normal.

I wear these in my helmet and am surprised at how loud they are. Had to turn sound down on my phone. Only issue is the adhesive but I installed under the helmet pad and they were still loud.

I have an expensive integrated Bluetooth unit in my full face motorcycle helmet. I purchased this for my half helmet that I wear on occasion. It connects well, battery life is long and the volume is better than my expensive one. The controls are a bit close together but you get used to them over time. Setup and install was very easy. Highly recommended for the price. I only use this for map directions and music streaming. I’m not sure how the audio input is. But most units don’t work when driving 60 mph down the road anyway.

Se escucha muy bien y se conecta con el móvil muy fácil PERO...la parte del micrófono donde están los botones es enorme. No cabe bien el casco y esta rozando todo el rato la boca o el bigote. Lo voy a devolver.

Der bisher beste Helm-LAUTSPRECHER! Ich brauchte bzw. wollte Lautsprecher für einen Motorradhelm, da selbst die flachsten In-Ear-Buds nach relativ kurzer Zeit (im Helm!) störend wirken. Druck, schwitzen, verrutschen... nichts für über eine Stunde. Es sei angemerkt, das es mir prinzipiell um Bluetooth-Lautsprecher geht. Telefonieren muss und will ich auf dem Bock gewiss nicht, ebensowenig "Funk"-Gespräche führen. Also zählen für mich hier ausschließlich die stabile Bluetooth-Verbindung, Tragekomfort, Bedienbarkeit und Klangqualität. Ich hatte das LEXIN B4FM(~90€) ausprobiert, das Moman *irgendwas* (~60€) und viele verschiedene InEars. Letztere lassen wir aus obigen Gründen direkt aus. Nun, lange Rede kurz gefasst: Diese hier, die MAXTO *schlagmichtot* sind mit Abstand die besten. FÜR MEINE ZWECKE WOHLGEMERKT! Es sind wie gesagt "nur" Lautsprecher, im Vergleich zu den anderen Modellen also kein Funk und kein Radio. Nun, dieses lässt sich übers Handy aber auch so hören, also....! Das Hauptprobleme bei den anderen Helm-Funk-Headsets war zum einen die, nicht komplett unverständliche, jedoch unnötig komplizierte Bedienbarkeit über Knöpfchen bzw. Regler. Zum anderen, um ein Vielfaches ausschlaggebender, die Klangqualität. Bei beiden Geräten gab es ein leises Grundrauschen. Wenn bspw. Musik gespielt wurde, war dies in den ruhigen Phasen sehr störend. Noch viel schlimmer: Bei Navi-Ansagen, wozu ich die Dinger Hauptsächlich brauche, kam vor jeder Ansage ein Knacken wie beim CB-Funkgerät der auslaufenden 70er Jahre. Extrem störend. Das Grundrauschen war zwar ab ca. 40km/h nicht mehr wahr zu nehmen, aber das Knacken vor und nach jeder Navi-Ansage schon. Dies war beim ersten LEXIN B4FM so. Da dachte ich aufgrund der positiven Rezensionen noch an ein Montagsgerät, also zurück gesendet und nochmals bestellt. Diesmal habe ich erst getestet, bevor ich wieder alle Kabel komplett verbaute. Genau das selbe. Beim Moman ebenso, vielleicht nicht ganz so laut, aber definitiv DA! ZURÜCK. Und nun mal, ohne viel Hoffnung, diese Billigdinger probiert. Joh, genau SOWAS wollte ich. Kein Rauschen, kein Knacken, Bedienung mit drei Tasten am Schwanenhalsmicro... so einfach kann günstig sein. Grundsätzlich weniger gut: In meinen Schuberth C3 Klapphelm passt das Schwanenhalsmicro NICHT. Also kein telefonieren während der Fahrt. Nun, vielleicht würde es in den geschlossenen Helm passen wenn man sehr tolerant ist und es nicht stört das Ding ständig an der Backe, Nase oder halb im Mund zu haben. Eigentlich blöd. Aber hey, ich will ja gar nicht telefonieren!!!👍 Zudem wüsste ich gar nicht, wie man die Tasten bedienen wollte wenn das Ding im Helm bzw. halb im Mund steckt. Vielleicht mit der Zunge?😛🤔 Wirkt, wie nicht zu Ende gedacht. Für Jethelme wohl auch doof, weil offen sprechen ohne Windschutzscheibe am Micro... eher nicht selbst wenn man es wollte. In einem Integralhelm kannste dagegen das Gespräch wie gesagt gar nicht annehmen, außer du drückst mit der Zunge FEST auf den mittleren... also neeee. Für MEINEN Einsatzzweck lass ich das Mikro einfach links unten aus dem Helm herausschauen und verwende es, wie gesagt, ausschließlich als Bedieneinheit. Uns SO ist es nahezu PERFEKT!!!! UUUUND es kostet dafür lächerlich wenig. Klar, Bose oder Bang&Olufsen.... ne, den Satz beende ich jetzt nicht. Aber für Navi-Ansagen und gelegentlich etwas Musik in "okayer" Qualität ist dies das wohl beste was ich bisher ausprobiert habe. Das Schuberth SENA für 250€ mag ja ziemlich gut sein. Aber der Preis.... da mag ich's gar nicht ausprobieren. Nachher knackts noch...😅 ABSOLUTE KAUFEMPFEHLUNG!!!!!

For the money excellent product, I bought it for my enduro helmet for when I green lane and trail ride. It’s simple no meshing with other units. Connect to your phone Bluetooth and off you go. Sounds ok too. I’ve got an expensive cardo system in my road helmet and I would not say it’s much better in sound quality than my cardo . And it’s 3 times more expensive. If you don’t need to link to each others intercoms for touring etc. there well worth a buy. Or even keep it in the cupboard in case your expensive unit breaks down and you need it for navigation etc. well worth the cheap price.
