This will be my 3 bullet journal. I was very disappointed with my last book, a Rhodia A5. The dots were not evenly spaced, they didn’t line up from page to page and were uneven so bad I had to create my own lines. The binding pulled apart and there was crazy bleeding. Also, there weren’t enough pages which is why I had to get the AmazBooks journal to continue my year. Prior to my Rhodia I had an Essential which was my first book and bleeding and ghosting were my only problems everything else was good and I liked it enough.I received it fast, well packaged, and OHEMGEE I AM IN LOVE WITH IT ASCETICALLY!!!! The look of the cover, the binding, the pages FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THAT IS GRAND AND GLORIOUS THOSE PAGES!!! They’re so silky and smooth. AND SOOOOO MANY OF THEM! I just started using it and believe me I put my books through hell (water color, marker, paint, glue, etc) and NO ISSUES!!! LIKE NONE!!! No bleeding, no ghosting, nada. Well, ok there was a bit of bleeding issue, BUT that’s only because I screwed up and had to color over color over color so it was all my fault.My only complaint, if IF you can even call it that is I wish it was just a bit wider. It’s a bit narrower then what I’m used to with my other books but I’ve totally adapted to it. And don’t even notice now.Seriously I’m in heaven with it. Even my wife was saying, “now that’s a nice looking journal babe”. hahaSo far I don’t have any negative feedback at all and honestly I don’t anticipate any either. This book is like my own personal unicorn.

I am a little disappointed that even Bic Cristal pens ghost through 100 gsm paper. If ghosting gets on your nerves, do not buy this product. I should have done more research and gotten a journal with thicker paper. The "thick dotted pages" is a lie. My Pen+Gear journal from Wal-Mart is a million times better than this. Also, the cover is a waxy material that will attract dust.

This is the second dotted journal I bought and I love it. Lots of pages and the paper holds up to a variety of pens and even light watercoloring. So far it has survived being carted back and forth in my bag with no harm to the book.

Spine can lay flat when I put my hands on it. Paper is slightly yellow (off white). It's not thick paper but I think gel ink pens won't bleed through it if I don't press too long on one spot.I love the cover design.

It's even more beautiful in person. The cover is so soft and just enough designed to it and not to be too busy. The pages are nice and sturdy no bleed through.
