What are the internal dimensions? I’m looking for something a 25cm fish tank can sit on.

24cm internal so it probably won't fit inside . Are you expecting the fish tank to leak ? They very rarely do if you get a decent one . Just put an absorbent pad under it .

Does the masterclass logo in engraved on the inside of the tray!?

I bought this tray in 2016 and it's still as good as it was then, no warping or buckling. It's a good weight too, but mine didn't have the logo imprinted on it as shown, though it did have the masterclass wrap and packaging.

Has anyone used this tray in a Toaster Oven?

No. I've only used in a conventional oven but they are excellent quality so would think the would be fine for any oven.

Is this suitable for oven pizzas?

No reason why not, they are nice thick pan, with good non stick, this one would be a bit small for a pizza, but we use it for a variety of items. For the best crispy base though I would say a tray with holes in the bottom gives a crispy base.
