This headset is great, it provides clear quality sound and has amazing background noise reduction. If my dog grunts, I have a bag of chips crinkling, someone talks in the room across from me, the caller can’t hear it. I can go downstairs to do laundry and answer a call and connection is retained. It has a very good connectivity even if I go far away from my computer. I did have an issue with my headset automatically disconnecting from my computer but I resolved that by disconnecting the USB every morning and plugging back in after 30 seconds and no issues throughout the day. The one downside is that because the ear muffs are very thick, the mic is farther away from my mouth so sometimes people say they can’t hear me. I believe that because of the noise reduction system, you have to be talking within a certain length within the microphone for it to be picked up. But all I have to do is push the mic in closer to my mouth every so often. I have had no issues with battery usage or it dying on me while using. It lasts a full 8 hour day. Its also very comfortable compared to the other headsets I’ve used before.Overall, for the price this is a really good quality headset. I hope it lasts for a while!

I will never ever buy another headset from any other company. I work remotely and having a reliable headset is priority and mandatory. Earbay, hands down has been the most reliable, easy to use, comfortable, headsets I have ever purchased. I have purchased some of the most expensive and popular headsets on the market and they can’t compare. Earbay headsets connect to everything. They work with Microsoft Teams, and a number of other programs and apps. The cord is strong and provide fast charging. The headsets are lightweight. They’re stylish and come in different colors and sizes. The sound quality is crystal clear and when the company states that it gives you 12 hours of talk time; they are being extremely honest. I can go a day or two without charging and still have enough battery life to last a full day. I have purchased several headsets from this company and have been extremely satisfied with every single purchase. 5 stars through and through.

This headset is great working from home. The connectivity is quick and simple. The battery life last my entire 8 or 12 shift I work. The headset ear cushion fits perfectly and comfortably over my ears and they are definitely noise restricted. I did have an issue where the 1st pair of headsets did go out but the company was quick to replace them. This is an overall great product and great customer service. Thank you Earbay.

I love these headphones! They are great for business, the mic allows me to have crystal-clear conversations with clients. I also ended up using them as my personal headphones for music movies etc. They are extremely comfortable and the sound is awesome. I love the charging stand. They look really nice and people are always asking me where I got them. The battery lasts dang near forever. Perfect!

These are great headphones. My only nags, and they are not enough to not give them a 5 star review because all around they work very well. The BT-68 could not charge and function. So I got the cradle BT-88 instead. The cradle is a bit finicky till you get used to it, then it's ok. It will can keep them connected and charge at the same time. There is a startup lag going from standby to active, the cost of the great standby time if you go more than 15 minutes without audio ( guestimate on the duration ). After that, there is no lag I detect for non-gaming. No detectable hiss that drives me up the wall with many. There IS a cable charging port on the headset for backup and traveling. They beat out other mid-priced bluetooth headphones. The brightness of the blue led's on the base and blink on the headphones led me to use electrical tape, but I like my dark to be dark due to office and bedroom with a partition.

These headphones worked great for 4 months then the on off switch quit working... it also disconnected while I was in the middle of a meeting twice even though they were fully charged. Do not reccomend.....

I bought This headset to replace a headset that had a cord that my cat kept getting tangled in and yanking out, finally destroying the headset. No matter how I tried, that cat would find a way to get tangled in that headset cord. So when I got this headset, it was really nice. However, I did have some problems with multiple feeds coming in to the headset at once-I don’t mean the PC sound and then something from the Bluetooth. I mean multiple sounds being channeled to it from the PC. I didn’t have any problems with the older headphones. When I tried to contact Customerservice about this , never responded to any emails and there was no customer service number to contact. The instructions were very lacking in helpfulness to address my issues. Otherwise, the speakers have great sound, and the microphone works really well as long as I’m not trying to listen to more than one thing on my PC at a time. -For example, when I play a game, and have a music playing, at the same time, one of them will tend to cut out.

I purchased these in September and they starting not working properly in November. I wfh so I wanted something with noise cancellation, range, and the ability to mute quickly due to my kids. My mute button does not work on the side. Noise cancellation is trash, and customers constantly complain about how I sound like I’m in a closet or down a tunnel. I wish I hadn’t missed my window for return because I want to get my money back!
