**Health Warning** Stay AWAY from this product - no exaggeration.....
Arrived nicely packaged, all looking well. The first thing i noticed just by chance was that where the stitching on the inside of the bag joined the sides together, there were lose threads (on the inside of the bag) which when you pulled off to get rid of, just kept getting worse. I just ignored them...But then after a few uses i noticed that the material was beginning to hole.. a number of areas where you crush the ice (naturally) under pressure, the bag itself was starting to show daylight through the material, and then actual holes appeared where the material had given way.. after approx 5 uses in total..!But next was the real concern... i'd noticed that the glasses which had been used for drinks with ice crunched in the bag in them, appeared particularly 'grubby' after use, once empty..I didn't really make anything of it initially, until after about the 4th or 5th glass i stopped myself and asked myself "..just what IS making these glasses seem grubbier than other glasses..?"I was shocked to find that fibres from the material of the bag were EVERYWHERE on the INSIDE of the glass.. which means they were all over the ice, and throughout the drinks themselves.. meaning that guests would be actually consuming very fine material fibres in their drinks. I was genuinely in disbelief - because these bags are meant to be what the pro's use behind bars... apparently.PLEASE study the pics... especially the last two of the glass.. and do you see all that whit-ish material around the glass..? that's ALL individual fibres which were swimming around in the drinks, from the ice, from the ice bag.I'm going to try to purchase a silicone or just plastic zip-lock bags from now on.Stay WELL clear, unless you want all those threads making their way though your body!!****Update and solution****So I received a full refund with no qualms whatsoever. But I was still left with the quandary as to how a crush ice, and I'm pleased to recommend the following solution which I have purchased and tried with great success:Silicone food bag.If you look on on eBay or here on Amazon you will see that you can buy buy silicone food bags with a plastic strip that slides along the top to seal the bag closed. On eBay I was able just to buy the one whereas on Amazon you had to buy 5 or 10.So I received the bag and I just tried it and it's absolutely superb.. two big blocks of ice put the plastic seal on the top flat on the chopping board and with a big wooden mallet I was able to crush the ice with no problems whatsoever and no damage to the bag at all.So nice to be able to give a solution instead of just describing a problem! 😁👍

Perfect
For what the bag and mallet is, they're perfect, especially with the mallet doubling as a muddler

Nice little package and perfect for a quick fix
Nice little package and perfect for a quick fix, would prefer the Mallet to be an actual Mallet than a small rounders bat.Works really well but needs more effort than using an actual Ice Mallet. The Lewis bag is brilliant, wicks away water rapidly
