Exceded my expectations.
Quality is very good and it functions perfectly. I used it for 15 days after Helene to cook on using Heet (yellow bottle) as we had no running water and no electricity. Using Heet it appeared to boil water quickly (we are at 2800 ft) and the base was generally stable enough to use for smaller pots and skillets up to about 8 inches in width but of course having an oven glove, towel, or similar to stabilize while stirring or flipping things in the pan is common sense. I was able to toast buttered bread and make grilled ham an cheese sandwiches plus boil enough water for coffee with only one fill of the stove. I also used it to cook things like burgers and had plenty of heat and time to finish the cooking with only one fill. Also, if you already own the titanium mess kit (stacking pot and stove-stand set for standard military canteen) this burner will fit inside the stove-stand with or without the burner base giving you two additional height choices to cook over.Recommended.

A decent, low cost alcohol stove, but you will need a windscreen,
For some reason, I have many alcohol stoves from most manufacturers--Trangia, Evernew, Vargo, and the many interchangeable Chinese brands. For me, the gold standard remains the EVERNEW TI Stove DX Set, but that also costs twice as much as this one. The Evernew is very well designed, sips fuel, heats up quickly, is very compact, and has a pot that settles in so that it doesn't tip over when bumped. But, the round base is a bid fiddly on uneven surfaces (as in, most of the woods where you will often need to find a rock to shim the base) and there is a little bit of a set up to it. It's not bad but noticeable.I've been a fan of several items that Boundless Voyage has made, so I thought I would give their new stove a try. I like the simple layout, the easy access to light the stove, the tripod feet, and the ability to extinguish the fire--all features that the Evernew doesn't have. But, a real challenge with this one is that it chugs fuel. When I gave it the "normal" 30 mL to heat 500 mL of water, it went out before even bubbles appeared. So, I gave it what would be way too much fuel for the Evernew and, again, it went out before boiling. The challenge is that the large flame is everywhere, blown by the slightest breeze, and often rising above the pot (both a Vargo 700 Bot or an Evernew 500 pot).Fortunately, with a -tall- windscreen, it could match the heating time for the Evernew, circa 7.5 minutes; although, it still went through more fuel than the Evernew. These are my quick impressions. I'm sure someone will come around with a more methodical take.

Supports Many Mug/Pot Sizes
The rotating legs on this product were surprisingly excellent. They were very easy to rotate inward and outward. They are very wide and it is able to support small mugs to medium pots and frying pans. I have also used the wood stove part as a solid fuel stove and it worked well for that as well. Great deal for the wood stove and stand alone, but this comes with an alcohol stove with a cover as well.

It's just okay as a replacement for the Trangia Mini burner...
It's okay as replacement for the Trangia mini burner and it's made of Titanium and it's the only redeeming factor of this camping stove but that's about it. It's difficult to light and very sensitive to air breeze and you may not use this stove to boil water nor heat your food on windy days. I made a huge doo doo onbuying this stove and I practically gave it away because I wasn't happy and I shoulda listened to others who bout this camping but I really wanted to like it but....it just didn't work the way I wanted it to work. Not really recommended if I'm being honest with you!

Nice quality! Light weight!
This stove is well built but I think the burner holes are too big or too many. I made pop-can stoves that burn a little better. Still worth the price.
