great plucker
this works great after you get the speed adjusted on the drill. it does make a mess so you will want a back stop for it to splash the feathers down. it cut way down on the amount of time it took to process the birds. we are gonna try to use a bucket and see what we can make to act like them 300 dollar ones but on a budget.

To powerful
When using it the feathers go crazy all over the place so prepare for a feathery mess. The other thing is if you hold it to close which you kind of need to in order to get the feathers you will rip the skin. Does it work faster than plucking by hand? Yes, but over all just messy.

Effective drill attachment chicken plucker, highly suggest you use it on a variable speed drill.
I can recommend this chicken plucker.it works just fine, but note that it is VERY hard to control if you do not use is on a variable speed drill. The stainless steel and rubber design is easy to clean.

Does the job
This thing works great at plucking feathers one bird at a time. It's way faster and easier than plucking by hand. It attaches to a variable drill. And if you can secure the drill to a table surface with the plucker hanging off the edge, it works best. Just hold the bird up to it and let the fingers have at the feathers. After a quick scald of the bird, of course. Don't over scald, however, so you don't cook the skin. This is a great alternative to a big plucking barrel. And unless you have lots of birds to process, this will get the job done fast.
