Reliable exercise bands
These bands are easy to use right away and seem to be very strong. I don't worry about them snapping. Good for the price, and they work as expected. I wasn't really interested in the workout videos, as they moved slowly and advertised their products a lot during the video. The bands alone are fine and I use them for arm exercises mostly but can be adapted to lower body exercise or other activities as well.

Good quality lackluster excersize routine
The resistance on these is pretty nice and is a great alternative while traveling. Overall the thickness of these are nice and they feel nice in the hands. I like the fact these don't have handles but found that after a while they irritated my skin where the band was rubbing on me during use.

A good set of workout band with room for improvement.
This is a pretty decent set of workout bands. I have many others that use handles or "balls" grips on the end of them that work just as well as these. I do like these because it's just one circular band, no handles, no other types of grips, which is surprising because I typically do prefer some sort of grip which says a lot about these bands. I will say the only downside is, doing certain exercises these bands will rub your skin after a while to the point of irritation. For example, if you're doing curls the inside of your arm is going to get rubbed by the band itself and cause some irritation. However, to be fair that could also be poor form. In my case, I know my form is good, I believe it's just because there's no actual grip to create that few inches of separation. Other than that, the band itself it's exactly what it's supposed to be and what its advertised to do. So far, I've used it for triceps, biceps, back, squats, and chest exercises and it's been great. I also love that it's easy to take with you for traveling in particular. I love bringing a few exercise items so I can still get a good workout in when on the road. I really don't have any complaints about the product. I can recommend it. I think it's great but with room for improvement which is why I give it three stars. It is a good product.

Useful for travel, appeared they will be durable.
I was happy with this band. Easy to travel with as it bends/flexes into a tight ball probably about about the size of a baseball so I can stuff it in my bag when I can’t have access to weights. The material is thick and appears malleable to where it should withstand quite a bit of use.I like how wide the band is (about an inch) so that it’s easy to grip in multiple ways without hurting my hand.Only thing I can say, and I think this is from being inexperienced with resistance bands not because it’s a product flaw, is that this feels very different than lifting the same amount of weight. I typically use 40lbs of dumbbells (20 each hand) for bicep curls, hammer curls, overhead press etc.) and these felt like less strain/work than that. Probably partly because it’s a range from 30 to 50 and then like I said, I know resistance works muscles in different ways. So just be aware to consider heavier than you use for weights perhaps. OR maybe once I learn differences in using them it will be enough resistance. After just a few reps I did notice my muscles getting sore, so it definitely works them. 🙃I’m excited to watch the videos and learn more about using them to their full potential. Though, I didn’t see any instructions or way to find their app that they advertise? I’ll have to research.

Good, reliable band!
I've got a bunch of bands now and this is a good addition. I like it quite a bit. And fwiw, you really don't need a ton of different bands, as long as you have a few that are far enough apart from one another. If you increase grip distance, or feet distance, or distance from anchor point, you can really vary the actual resistance "weight" with just one band. This one feels good, and if you're going to buy just one or two or three, this is a safe choice.

Can't imagine better
I've used tube- and flat-type resistance bands in the past and these are far superior. Based on past use, I wasn't too keen on using bands at all, but I'm really glad I gave these a shot. I got a medium and heavy, and the resistance is perfect for my needs. I have used them for neck work, rope extensions, face pulls, low rows, curls, and, the most eye-opening, assisted pullups. These are great for extending sets of pullups after maxing out on bodyweight reps. They are thick and substantial and don't feel like they're about to snap as you stretch them out, as past ones have. They're fairly wide, but even smaller carabiners attach easily to them. Excellent addition to my workout gear.

Workouts provided is more an advertisement then a full workout. Great band
This is a pretty decent set of workout bands with a circular design, no handles or grips. They work well for various exercises like triceps, biceps, back, squats, and chest workouts. The band is easy to travel with and is great for on-the-road workouts. It's useful for stretching, rehab exercises, and assisted pull-ups, offering a good range of resistance. Great addition for weight lifting weights and on the go, it still provides a good workout. However, the lack of instructions or app access was a downside. Overall, it's a strong band suitable for home gyms, travel, and various exercises.

Good for exercise or light workouts
Got this for some light stretching. So far just the job well. I have not tried this for daily exercises but only for light workouts. Will come back to update in case of any issues.
