Having tried several of those, I’ve concluded that they all suck. I’m going back to what works and gives me a reasonably accurate temperature, and so far it’s proven itself. It’s easy enough to clean with a sani wipe. It took me a bit to get used to using again, but it’s quick, easy and accurate.
