Easy to assemble. I did it alone and it took about 2 hours. Instructions were mostly simple, I had to guess a time or two. It is very sturdy alone. I have an adjustable frame so nothing actually sits on the bed frame itself so I can't vouch for hold up over time on the slats. One side kind of doesn't align perfectly straight (hence 4 stars) and that is a little annoying but nothing a long comforter can't hide I guess. I'm not sure if that will affect the integrity of it overall though.I like that there is no gap for the headboard so the mattress won't slide to the wall. That was actually the deciding factor for me.Nice, deep tufted headboard that is sturdy to lean on.

Looks just like the pictures. I did but the side rails on the wrong side, and wrong screws on the headboard but it was easily caught and fixed. Happy with my purchase so far!

Shipped super quick and we were excited for it to arrive. As soon as it did, I Quickly opened and got all the pieces organized and ready to build the bed. Step 1 of the instructions showed bolt holes that were not on the physical parts. But I soon realized that the manufacturer had upholstered over 6 of the bolt thread holes. I used a knife to cut bolt size holes in the upholstry where thought those bolt threads may be. It was a success just have to feel them out and cut away the fabric. Thankfully this was the back of the headboard. Steps 2 thru completion were a breeze. This bed turned out and looks better than expected. Other than the initial step 1 frustration, this thing was a breeze and I did it by myself in a little over and hour. Do yourself a favor and go slow, don't cross thread any bolts. Get yourself an Allen wrench that fits a drill. Also, this bed is solid, does not move, does not squeak🙊, and looks awesome.

I wish the end of the bed was more sturdy other than that it's a beautiful bed.

Definitely would recommend great bed assembly wasn’t bad at all. Bed is pretty sturdy and looks amazing so if you’re contemplating on purchasing get it

Love this headboard/platform bed. Wish it was a little higher and my dog isn’t happy she can’t crawl under the bed now but I love it!

The bed looks very good,just like the pictures.It was assembled in about 30mins by my husband and I so it's pretty easy.

The media could not be loaded.  I’d like to just say how great this bed really is. The time it took to put together was about 2.5 hours but we’ll worth it! All the pieces were there and the bolts and pieces welled labeled by letter for east connection. I will say the instructions could have been a little more clear but otherwise a great buy. The frame is solid and sturdy which was surprising. It’s heavy and I have a 2 story house so we had to open the box downstairs and take the pieces up a few at a time just because the box was so heavy. I’m pleasantly surprised and my son is going to get to grow into this bed! No regrets!
