perfect for making mouthwash with.. it's very good for your teeth.. i don't recommend consuming it in general. tastes good.. i mean really tastes good.. no weird chemical taste like all the artificial sweeteners have.. i was surprised that it tastes sweet.

I ordered the 12 oz. bag. The package I received had some differences than the one pictured. The Amazon listing photo said Ingredients: Birch Xylitol and the front of the package said All Natural Birch Xylitol. The package I received said Ingredients: Xylitol and the front of the package said from Birch OR Hardwood Trees. Just wanted to let you know in the event that you were definitely expecting birch.

I use not only as a sweetener but for my dental health..it keeps my gums healthy & cavities away..it effects acid in the mouth that damages the tooth enamel..besides the benefit to your gut bacteria..it really does work!

Ok I am Highly impressed! I am super taste sensitive about any low Calorie/artificial sweeteners. They all have that fake taste and I can’t stand almost all of them. I heard about this natural birch bark xylitol sweetener on a You tube video she was using it in her coffee, actually “ Bullet Coffee” and she said tastes just like regular sugar. I am hear to tell you she was RIGHT. This tastes EXACTLY like regular cane sugar. The texture is not powdery or weird, it dissolves just the same way. It’s granular but just a tiny bit bigger granules but not as big a fancy baking sugar sprinkles. And like the bag says it’s spoon for spoon equal to cane sugar. Again I’m highly impressed. This definitely passed my expectations and passed my morning coffee test! :)I definitely recommend for all, will absolutely be buying again and I’m going to tell everyone I know.
