Excellent service up to delivery. Beatiful,yet 1 piece was defective.
I liked the product. Great quality. However, the arm has some discoloration, the size of a paper clip. I just wanted ro exchange that single piece, but instead it was processed as return. Rather lengthy and complicated.

Nice if you do not have PVC pipes
Unfortunately, there is nothing I can do to install this 12 inch extension pipe. We have PVC pipes in the wall and the pipe that is there for the shower head was glued in. Unless I knock out some tile to get into the wall, there is no way to change out the pipe. Hooked the shower head up to the angled pipe and it is great if we want to hug the wall to get under it.Oh well, such is life.

I love this shower head
I love this shower head, I can enjoy the rainfall luxurious shower and feel good about all the water I'm saving! I did not experience any the issues mentioned here, the shower is not cold, the flow is not too fast, but it is enough to be comfy.
