I bought this for my 14 year old son who has very spotty skin (big red spots all over forehead and clusters of them on sides of face, nose area and chin but not acne) and I wish I had taken a before and after photo because after using it the first time at night his skin was about 75% improved the next morning! I was amazed and excited to see what would happen with continuous use. The redness had gone from all the spots, some had completely cleared away and some were flaky but his skin looked much calmer. There were no changes over the next week after using it twice a day and then the persistent clusters of spots and scarring on the sides of his face started to fade until completely gone. He has been using this for 2 months now and his skin is about 95% improved. Most days he only uses it once a day (as he forgets) and his skin isn't too greasy or dry like some people comment. He does have flare ups of spots (probably due to hormones) but after 24 hours and 2 applications they really calm down. I can tell when he forgets to use it over a weekend as he can also get a flare up of new big red spots then but they clear up so quickly when using this cream twice a day. Definitely going to continue using this cream. It is going to work for some and not others but if you suffer with bad skin you will try anything and I am so happy I bought this.

I suffer from mild, cycstic adult acne, particularly around the t-zone. How can cystic acne be mild, you ask? Well, I don't get many spots but those that I do get are small, hard lumps deep in the skin that take an age to go.I was slightly sceptical about this product because I have tried so many treatments in the past and those from the cosmetic end of the spectrum usually haven't worked at all. I am about a month in to using the Silver Serum so it's relatively early days but I have been pleased with results so far. In the first week, my acne seemed to flare up with whiteheads appearing on my nose (which is unusual for me) but I persevered as I know many medical acne treatments start with an initial flare-up as the active ingredient gets to work. I have to say that since then my mild cycstic acne has improved - in fact, I have not had a single spot of this sort appear for a couple of weeks. This might be coincidence, because acne does come and go in phases, but it might also be the Silver Serum. I am encouraged enough to continue with the treatment, anyway.The cream is nice to use and easily absorbed. It's a bit pricey but you only have to use a very small amount so one tube goes a long way. Delivery is much quicker than the estimated time given on Amazon.

I was dubious about this (and other acne treatments) but this one has actually done some good. It was effective after a couple of applications, and, whist it hasn't got rid of my son's acne completely, it has made it less obvious and less severe. This tube is, in fact, the second one, so I'm hoping it will keep working as effectively.I would say to new or potential users that you must use it regularly, if you want the acne to subside - It isn't a one-off treatment or an as-and-when sort of treatment. However, at less than £20 per tube, (which lasts a few weeks), it's not a bad price. Of course, we all wish things were cheaper, but it works well and that makes it a price worth paying.

Nice on the skin. Hydrating. Sadly Didnt help Spots but didnt make worse And imoroved dryness of skin.

I saw an article recently in the paper where a woman had used this and it had cured her acne. My 14 year old daughter has acne and we tried every thing we could over the counter but nothing worked. We had been to the doctors and was prescribed a topical lotion - this failed to work. She was then prescribed long term antibiotics - this too didn’t work. My daughters self esteem hit rock bottom and I thought I’ll try this, it’s worth a go. She applies twice a day and in the space of two weeks it has cleared her skin completely. My daughter now has once again beautiful skin and more importantly her confidence back.

I have used this for a few months and it has done nothing, not sure what i expected but hasn’t improved my skin in anyway sorry

I bought this after reading review in Daily Mail and was trying not to get my hopes up. I am 25 and have more spots now than I ever did as a teenager although it's not really acne as such, so have been looking at different options that might help for a while.Although this bottle seemed small at first, the amount you actually need means it lasts for ages. It seems like a good cream to use, it went on well, but the whole reason I got it was to tackle my spots and after using for 2 months at least once a day, my spots are absolutely no better. In fact, if anything they are a little worse than when I started because it was as if I wasn't using anything to try and control them at all so it was a real shame.

I’ve been using this for a few months now and I have to admit I have been completely won over after being sceptical at first. I have had to persevere with it as it did make my skin worse for quite some time but I am now (I hope) coming out the other side and my skin it a lot or even. I have bought my teenage son some too. I would recommend exfoliating regularly before app.ovation for best results and a little goes a long way, I use maybe one bottle in 6 weeks do great value for money compared to other serums making the same claims.
