BranditMen's Britannia Jacket

Really pleased with this jacket. Had my eye on it for some time and waited for the fluctuating price to come down enough, eventually paying £57.99 with Prime delivery. Arrived on time and sufficiently packaged. Fits as expected, well made, nice warm fleece lining, one inside pocket and hood zipped away in the collar. Four pockets on the front, typical of a field jacket. Zip up to close with fastening poppers as well. Super warm and I find I can wear with a thick jumper, snug but ok still. Keeps out the cold nicely and love the look of it. I’m 5’8 regular size so Medium fits perfect.

Looks sharp.I am a standard XXXL with a bit of a belly, 50 inch chest.I ordered the XXXL Plus in black and it fits like a glove.I have a straight XXXL in camo and it feels a bit tight when zipped.I recommend the XXXL Plus size if you are shaped like me.

I love this jacket. Yes, it could do with a zipped inside breast pocket and it would be nice if it were waterproof. The sleeves are a bit long, but most jackets I have brought over the years are too. I guess the problem is my arms are short, hey ho! Other than that it's a great fit for a 66-year-old man, 5'- 7" tall, 196lbs with a 42" chest and a 45" belly. The jacket ticks most of my boxes and I'm sure it will do the job for years to come.

This is a nice summer or even autumn jacket, is a lovely design and fit but it is definitely not a winter jacket! When I recieved the package, right away I thought ' there is not a lot of weight in this for supposedly being a winter jacket' I was correct as this is not a winter jacket.

Love this Jacket!!! First off the advice about the size chart is true, always order a size up... I'm 6'2 14st 45inch chest and 34 waist and ordered an XL and it fitted me perfectly. The sleeves length came down to my wrists, slightly over and I've got a long reach. The jacket has a waist string to tighten the sides and this came round by the bottom of my ribs while the pockets came down to my hips, I'm only trying to give you an idea on how the jacket fits. The jacket is really stylish and is a good material, it fits perfect, isn't baggy nor is it tight, looks even better with the waist string tightened, bringing the sides in a bit, has 4 pockets outside and 1 inside and the collar has a hood inside but I don't plan on taking it out, as the collar as it is sits perfect and doesn't curl or twist at the ends, the zip has a black leather border that looks really nice. Arrived today before expected and was packaged really well. I got the olive and cant fault it. So as long as you get you're size correct, you shouldn't have an issue. Hope this helps.

OK, we all know the sizing on these garments is confusing. Some people say you need to go down a size from your normal whilst others say go up one size. I received a jacket yesterday and not the Winter one as they are all classified on this Amazon page. three black jackets shown but one does not have the furry lining (You can see which) and that is the one I ordered and received. I am 5'10" and 18 stone with a 42"-44" waist. My chest is 46" and unfortunately my belly is 48" around (All actual tight to body measurements.) I normally get XXXl in most tops but took a gamble and went one size higher at XXXXl as the other was unavailable. Good job I did as the XXXL would have been too tight. The jacket fits really well with just enough room for a hoodie or sweatshirt underneath. It is not too tight to show off my belly but just right. The shoulders are perhaps very slightly too wide but only just. The arms, as normal in my size are a little long. There are two buttons at the cuff and even using the tighter of the two the sleeve goes over and covers my hand including the fingers. Just another large black button needs sewing on in a tighter position or move one of the two already there, just a bit of unstitching and resewing required. The jacket is a little short in the body, but that is pretty clear in reviews and photos, but not so it looks stupid. All in all it looks really cool when on and is actually much blacker/darker than I thought it would be with its washed out finish. Hopefully this might help some of you to choose the right size, I assume the M65 jacket is similar in sizing.
