Not all are actually new
Beware that many of these phones are advertised as new when they are repackaged. Otherwise they work great.

Awesome Phones
The person who wrote that this phone is a pain to setup is just wrong. If your network is setup correctly, this phone is programmed entirely through DHCP (if you are not using DHCP through Avaya IP Office or Aura, you'll have to program option codes into the DHCP server to let the phones know where the call server and configure files are located, etc.)So basically if your network is setup, and your Avaya PBX is setup to auto create users and extensions, you can just start plugging phones into your switch and they will auto provision within a few minutes. As for the phones, they're solid. I think the 9641g is easier to use advanced features on, but given that this is designed as the entry level 9600 series phone, it does its job well. No complaints from my users.Just a caviet... If you're a home or small business user wanting to use this as a SIP phone (be careful - the default version of this phone is H.323 not SIP) on Asterisk or with a cloud based phone service like 8x8 or RingCentral, this probably isn't the handset for you. Look at Grandstream or Polycom if you just want a generic SIP endpoint. Most have web based admin features that will make your life easier.
