Jan’s book is a great reference to think objectively about productivity and some simple tools that most businesses already have available to them (O365 for example).The challenge will be to implement these tools effectively. I believe it will be necessary to work with a consultant to understand what tools are available, implement them effectively, and train the workforce in good habits.

This book is an excellent resource for all professionals and organizations and offers real, practical tips for increasing efficiency and how to maintain an productive work environment.
