So far...so good!
I've been taking this supplement for almost a month now and I haven't experienced any negative side effects..only positive. The color is a little off-putting but there is little to no taste, so I'm not bothered by it at all. The product is doing what they claim it does so I will be ordering another bottle. I only drink filtered water so I knew I needed to get my minerals from another source. Between this product, my diet and my coffee tamer, I'm hoping it's enough. Time will tell.

Wonderful Product
I have been taking this supplement for over a year! I love it! While I do not have trouble sleeping, I feel like on the nights I drink this, I just sleep a little deeper. And I can't find another supplement that has minerals without a weird taste. This is Tasteless and you only need 1oz a day!

Great Product but TERRIBLE packaging
This product packaging was damaged and leaked everywhere. No help from customer service because the item isn't returnable. I didn't want to return as Beam Minerals are a great product. I just wanted a replacement bottle. I will just purchase directly from the company from now on!

I didn't think these were doing much for me as far as hydration, etc., but after alternating them for a couple months, someone asked me if I had started dying my hair again, so I guess they're helping??
