Q: can i put these in washing machine?

You can but I am not sure it would do them much good really. I always wash mine by hand after a long walk

Q: Are they synthetic as it says it’s outside is but then says suede?

The label inside the ‘tongue’ shows that the upper is textile and leather. I guess this refers to the suede.

Q: Could you explain the size chart please, I’m pretty sure my foot is not 27.1 inches long🤣

I did not refer to the size chart - I just ordered my usual UK shoe size. They fit perfectly!
