Anyone know of this works with Royal Mail click and drop?

I have been using this with click and drop for 6 months without any issue. You just need to get the sizing right in the set up and use 64mm tape.

What kind of ink does this use?

Hi, The QL Printers does not use Ink. If you purchase the printer you will buy rolls called DK rolls, when you print the thermal head inside the printer heats the DK rolls showing text. the "Ink" is held within the rolls.

Hi, If you are using P-Touch Address Book or P-Touch Editor, go to Help along the top menu bar. Click on P-Touch Editor Help or P-Touch Address Book Help, go to search and then search Font Size. Hi, I am afraid that I do not know the answer. I have been using this same model of label printer for address printing for few years. I bought this machine recently again simply because we have been used to the format and setting of the printing. There are quite a few new models of Brother label printer over the past 1-2 year. I suggest that you could check with the seller to find one that print barcode labels mainly.

Brilliant label printer

This printer took a little bit of getting to know, but within an hour, I'd gone through and set it up on my network and been able to print labels remotely. The instructions are quite clear but could be better in places. The shining star though is the software, with many presets which cover a lot of use cases and make it quick and easy to design the labels that you need. Would certainly recommend to anybody who needs a reliable label printer that needs to be used from multiple devices (did you realise they even have a mobile app)

Very complicated

Isn’t so easy to set up. Still needs drivers, a desk top machine to set it up and various other registrations. I sent it back. A Bluetooth machine was much easier.

Wifi connection issue

Printer arrived in box that was already opened, noticed that some of the instructions were written on but didn't think much of it, installed drivers, setup WiFi etc printer worked as described and was brilliant, today when switched on WiFi option not available, tried to contact brother but there appears to be an issue with the model option. I have a number of brother printers in the office all of which have proved ultra reliable over the years. Hopefully this issue can be resolved in a speedy fashion so I can upgrade the feedback to a higher star rating. Further update after contacting Brother customer support, they provided a simple fix and the printer is absolutely brilliant. Confident that the printer will provide excellent service over the coming years.
