Plane [4K UHD] [Blu-ray]

It's a good plot line for this type of movie. There were some twists and turns from what I thought was going to happen with the trailers and certain characters, which I enjoyed the surprises.I thoroughly enjoyed this movie, however I feel it did lack a little more thrust that would have put it into the 5 star category. I hate to say that because so many movies coming out right now are just crap. This definitely is a great movie, but just missing a little something. There are some "sentimental" moments that sort of detract it from being a high Hollywood film and give it a slightly more Hallmark feel during those moments, which I'm just not that kind of movie watcher. I like a little grit. There were also some pretty messed up and fantastic gun scenes which were a bit shocking and different from what I've seen in other gunfights, which was great for action scenes.Had the sentimental parts been taken out and replaced with a bit more amp, this probably would've boosted it into the 5 star rating for me.With that being said, it was still worth the $6 pricing tier. If you're not in the mood to be totally amped or like a little pizazz but not too much to trigger your anxiety, this is a great movie. I loved the two main actors Gerard Butler and Mike Coulter, they really made this film pop. I've always like Butler, and we need to see more of Coulter in other films too. He's great.

We saw this at the theatre, and liked it so much we rented it only a few weeks later. It is that good. Unlike most action movies, the hero isn't a former special operator with emotional problems, and the bad guy isn't an incredibly wealthy evil genius with hundreds of loyal assassins. Gerard Butler is an airline pilot with a family who is pitched into a an extremely difficult situation and depends on others to help him solve it. It's all very believable, and the plot twists keep you on your toes. It may have been a low-budget movie, but they did great work with what they had. This is my favorite movie of the last five years.

This plot was just great and everyone acted their roles so well! The action was non-stop, exciting, and I loved the solutions people came up with when the chips were down and almost impossible.Gerard Butler is a great action actor and knows how to work his characters in any movie he does. I loved Mike Colter in his role as the prisoner who becomes a hero. He played his role perfectly!Everyone just made this movie great! Already watched it twice in the past 12 hours! LOL! Worth every dollar and then some. Thanks!

I love Gerard’s movies; overall they’re all similar and I’m good with that. This movie…decent plot, good action. Some of the acting isn’t the greatest and the bad guys are are a bit comical and over played, but all in all a good no brained actions adventure flick.

This movie was exactly the genre I tend to like with actors that I feel are good at what they do. It was nice to watch a movie with a little bit of a different twist. Definitely worth the rental!

It's really good as with almost every movie I've seen with Gerard Butlet. He's an awesome actor and an awesome action star! In my book, he's up there with Tom Cruise, and Russell Crow!

The ending was a little off in my opinion, could have at least have presented a narrative about the French foreign legion guy when he left.

This isn’t an Oscar nominee film, but overall it was really well done for a low budget film. The shootouts were realistic, the plane flight scenes were pretty riveting and it wasn’t just cheesy low budget garbage.
