Tri-Arc RWSR115246-XR 15-Step Gateway Rear-Exit Steel Rolling Ladder with 30" Deep Top Platform, Perforated Tread with Handrails, 24" Wide Steps, Gray

This was needed after an osha compliance inspection revealed some areas were not being properly accessed. This ladder is made of quality material, came quickly and effectively, and was very easy to put together. I would say that this is the same, if not better, unit that you would find being used in your local hardware stores. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking to provide a safe way to access a second story platform.

Put together easily. Needs two though. Very sturdy. Was surprised the quality of this ladder! As good or better than what you see being used at big box warehouse stores. A perfect solution in our high ceilinged pole barn.

This is a great ladder and just what I needed. HD and high quality. My only problems/complaints are shipping related. 1st, got a Amazon shipping status within a few days of order saying IN route and a CEVA number that was not recognized by CEVA. After several weeks, finally got thru to the third Amazon customer service rep (Mo) who finally had the straight story. Item showed up when Mo said it would. CEVA sent me several msgs that they would call an hour before delivery and that never happened. The CEVA truck was driven a bit recklessly and almost hit my garage door and tore up my neighbors dirt driveway when the truck turned around and unnecessarily drove off the pavement. Lastly, the ladder had several damaged pieces. They were integral HD steel support braces on the bottom of the ladder and were obviously caused by heavy things being piled on top of the ladder. Which doesn't surprise me as when the delivery truck opened the door very large boxes were thrown about and nothing inside the truck was secured! Using some very large wrenches and help from a few strong arms I was able to straighten out the bent pieces, So the ladder will work fine, and like I said, it's a well built HD ladder. Ladder manufacturer and Mo get very high ratings. Delivery notifications and actual delivery get low ratings.

Very easy to install. Very stable and great addition to our warehouse.

works great in our shop guys love the door on top to go on to overhead work platform. Took about 5 mins to fully assemble.

GReat way to reach a loft space in the barn. Easy to assemble, but a little hard to raise into vertical position.
