Apple iPhone 11 Pro, 256GB, Gold (Renewed)

A little dubious with buying a reconditioned phone from Amazon but was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the quality. The phone looked almost new the battery came with 85% health which is not great but it did state that the health wouldn’t be less than this so I can’t complain. Apple can’t replace the battery for £60 when the time arrives but the charge is lasting for over a day still with moderate usage.

Very good phone I was pleased with it but did say you got iPods with it but there was none in the box so bit disappointing

Update. 2 months later I've sold it and gone back to android. I really missed the home screen customisation and the always on display. Apple needs to allow an app draw with fast vertical scrolling. The current system of icons all over your home screen is messy and slow. Also I don't like the fact that the camera over processes photos. The dynamic range is incredible but somehow the photos feel a bit fake and over smoothed. The battery is good but the One Plus I replaced it with is better still. Found it a bit hard to type on. The OnePlus Nord I've replaced it with feels faster as it has 90hz. I found too many bugs which are well known with iOS 15. It didn't work that well with my Garmin watch or Cambridge audio earphones. If you're in the apple eco system and have other apple devices I think it's great. I don't have any other apple products and in that situation it feels inferior to android. More cumerbsome. The phone is great but that operating system feels dated. There's only a few apps that support widgets too. Update. One month later I'm still very pleased. The phone is very smooth and fluent. It's immaculate condition. I can't see one mark on it. The battery health has stayed stable at 88 percent which is more than enough to get me through a day. Not once have I managed to run it flat in a day so far. I don't use it as much as I'm not constantly trying to find fixes. There are faults though. iOS 15.1 doesn't work perfectly with carplay apps. The home screen customisation should be a lot better. But still in every other way it's flagship. Otherwise much cheaper than alternative options. They go for more elsewhere. The condition of mine was grade B and it feels closer to A. The charger provided looks cheap, only 1 amp. I plugged the cable into my Anker quick charger and it charged fast. Compared to similar age android phones this is pricey but it feels like a new flagship. No lag, great camera, speakers, battery. Mine even has good signal strength which I thought was an 11 weakness. 88 percent battery health is just below the 90 I hoped for but seems fine.

Good phone, still using almost a year later

I recently used this item to take a picture in the pool on holiday, the phone was at no point fully submerged or used out of the parameters described it can be used in the product description. The phone stopped working shortly after and I attempted to return the item under the renewed guarantee, which specifies if the product does not work as expected within one year of purchase you are eligible for a refund. I was refused a refund from the seller as this was 'not covered' under the warranty and to take it up with Amazon, upon speaking with Amazon customer service staff I was told 'we have your back' and yet, on all channels I was strung along told it would be raised with 'this team' and 'that team' and then in the next breath told it wasn't covered nothing we can do and then hung up on TWICE! When I asked for proof that this was not covered I was told 'show me where it says it is'. - A completely unacceptable response. Whilst the phone was working fine initially, when the phone was no longer living up to the product description, the renewed warranty, help and service received was an absolute joke. USE CAUTION WITH THESE PRODUCTS, DO NOT TRUST THE RENEWED WARRANTY AND EXPECT LESS THAN HELPFUL SERVICE FROM AMAZON STAFF!

Very good for the price.

This phone is just like new, works excellent and I’m super pleased with it.

poor battery health 77% , advertised as +80% , if i hadn't spent hours transferring everything and purchased case and car charger would have sent back , poor quality for top price .

Très bien. Contente d’avoir retrouvé un modèle un peu plus ancien mais qui reste un iPhone et à un prix plus abordable. Seul bémol: il ne se recharge jamais à 100% (le chargement s’arrête à 94-96%).

J’ai offert cet iPhone 11 à mon beau-père il y a quelques années et il en est très content. Il reste rapide, fluide et fiable pour toutes les tâches quotidiennes : appels, photos, navigation et applications. L’appareil photo est toujours de très bonne qualité, même après plusieurs années, et la batterie tient encore bien la journée avec un usage classique. Le design et l’écran sont agréables et faciles à utiliser pour quelqu’un qui ne souhaite pas changer de smartphone fréquemment. Excellent choix pour un cadeau durable et pratique. Mon beau-père est ravi et je recommande cet iPhone 11.

My phone arrived with faulty battery. It failed to charge properly on first day, but then was okay on the second day. It worked fine for about 9-10 weeks but now refuses to charge completely. Battery is 'unknown.' Company ('Phone-Buddy') insists on the phone being returned by post - in same condition it was delivered in - for change of battery. Obviously, there is more wear and tear on it now, and I would be without the phone for too long. I offered to pay for proper battery swap myself at local Apple-authorised story, with a small refund from them as contribution to cost, but they plain refused this. Cannot recommend buying from this (or possibly any Amazon) refurbished online store as they dispatch faulty phones and use the inconvenience to buyer of shopping online (returning goods etc) to dissuade complaints.

Almost new. I’m satisfied

I’ve been using it for two or maybe even three years now. Only towards the end of this year did I have to replace the battery, as it had dropped to around 70%, which meant the phone couldn’t last long on a charge anymore. But for the first two years, even the battery held up really well. I’m actually writing this review from this phone right now :)
