Nutritious and nutty
So much better than ordinary soft mass-produced wheat bread- as others have remarked and I agree, it can be a bit like Marmite, you either love it or you hate it (I love love love it). It’s very filling, very flavoursome, and sprouted grains are extremely good for you. I have it toasted or untoasted - both ways are delicious.The flavour is something I miss if I don’t have it for a while. Long sell-by dates mean there is no need to freeze as the bread is so well sealed it remains fresh for months. I recommend this wholeheartedly!

DO NOT BUY!
This is the second loaf that’s come out of the box mouldy, it’s well within the best by date. This stuff isn’t cheap and Amazon will do nothing to resolve the problem. Buy at your own risk
