The item is in perfect working condition. All fans works great and it's an excellent graphics card for gaming!

the center fan is very loud and the video keeps failing. Very disappointed.

This was purchased to upgrade my 980 that was currently running the computer I built in 2020. It works amazing, the graphics are so much better than previously and it was refurbished, so very good value. However, there is a pretty loud coil whine, but it doesn't bother me too much since I wear noise-canceling headphones while I play. I was pretty impressed by the installation, it took me max a half hour to get everything installed and set up ready to go.

When placing the order you could not tell if the item was new or repackaged. The information regarding not being new was in a location it was hard to locate. The item wasn't in the original box and did not work. Buyer beware. I'm waiting on a refund.

I was a fool, bought this for $700 at the time, because it fit my case.I should have just upgraded my case and expanded what I was able to search for.As of right now, this product is $750. For $50 more, you can get a 4070ti 12g and sit pretty for a much longer time than if you had this, a 3080 10g. I feel like a fool for not researching enough. I saw that it was a WHOPPING $300 OFF. I had to be getting a good deal, right?If it’s sounds like I’m salty, I am. This product should not cost this much. Not by a mile. Not when you can go a full tier higher with a mere $50.

All fans work and came exactly as expected packaging couldve been better but works how it should
