Q: a hum begins at approximate 70 % volume. rca output cable with ground wire is connected. is this normal at high volume level?

Mine did that too and no it's not normal you got too much static which can come from a TV if you got a TV there it can come from several different things so what I had to do was I bought me an acrylic mat just got it yesterday and I haven't had that problem ever since
