Like a bathroom, is it washable?** A: I put mine under my bathroom rug to keep it from sliding and to add a bit of protective cushioning for the rug. It works beautifully for that purpose. However, my rug doesn't really get wet because I put down a bath mat when getting out of the shower, so I don't know how well it would do if it got wet. It's not waterproof, but it's an underlayment so the rug would absorb most of the water unless it was seriously drenched and soaked through. Just guard against that. I'm not sure if it's washable, but again, it's an underlayment, so why would you need to? It's not visible and not directly in contact with anything to make it dirty. If you're looking for something to put on your floor under your rug to keep it from moving and give it a protective cushion, I would highly recommend this product. It's very easy to cut to size and works perfectly to keep the rug from moving or sliding.
