Really helpful machine very pleased and confident that the pills are dispenced when required. easy to use, usually have 2 alarms but easy to add/change times extra. Had a issue with the battery back so time stopped think my dad got a bit heavy handed and broke it! Sent a message and was sent a free replacement back and no issues since. Would recommend 100%

I bought this for my own use, I am useless remembering to take my medication, or I forget that I have taken it and double dose. It is brilliant bit of kit, when it is time to take a dose, it buzzes, beeps and flashes and is so annoying you really cannot ignore it 😁 The thing I really like is that when you pick it up to dispense the medication, it will only let you have the current dose. There is a key, just I'm case you want to limit access to all the meds at once. When you first open the box, don't panic. There is a whole selection of labels, and the first impression is that it is complicated, but it really isn't. And once it is set up, the peace of mind is wonderful.

Excellent device!! Has made life so much easier for me and my loved one. Does exactly what it says and the batteries last ages! I would like some blank inserts to write my own times but nothing a bit of tip ex cant sort!

I bought this for an elderly parent who is very forgetful and needs to take quite a lot of tablets every day. It is simple to set up and use and works very well. It is on the large side if it needs to be taken anywhere but that is a small price to pay for the convenience and reassurance of knowing that it will prompt the taking of medication at the correct times and keep the remainder of the medication unaccessible. The individual sections do allow for several tablets except any large round ones which might get stuck. My only criticism are that the card showing the days and times is confusing if the tablets need to be taken at specific times eg Tuesday 'noon' when the actual time slot needs to be say 1pm. It would be better for them just to be 1st, 2nd etc as this would cause less confusion. Also you have to stick the disc down with glue or tape or it just moves around when open.

Yes, it is expensive, but it is very good. I had one of the plastic boxes with daily sections beside my mum's bed and she swore she took her tabs every night before bed, but 'somehow' there were often doses left behind in the box. She has dementia and since getting this she hasn't missed taking her meds. It sits beside her chair and goes off at 9pm, so she is awake when it buzzes. It stays buzzing for half an hour if it isn't picked up, so even if she is in another room it will stay buzzing for a while. It took her a couple of weeks to get used to it, I was there the first few nights, but when I left she stuck her finger into the slot to get the tabs rather than tip them out, so it kept buzzing. Another time she didn't wait for the buzz, worried that the slot was empty and tried to get in with a knife :-/ I stuck a label on it saying 'tip me up' and took to phoning her 5 mins before to remind her what to do, then 5 mins after to check it was off and it seems to be going ok and it is becoming a habit to take the tablets. I like that I can put several different alarms on for different tables and various times of day if she eventually needs more tablets. It is also good that I can load it up and see well in advance when I need to order more tablets. PS The lid is clear, so I can see when to reload it easily, but my mum sometimes found it difficult to see the open slot to tip her tablets from, and they ended up on the floor a couple of times. I solved this by painting bright nail varnish around the open segment bit of the lid so she can see it easily :-) UPDATE 13 months after purchase. Disappointed that it broke, the mechanism fell out and the carousel won't turn. It was great while it lasted. Even though it was expensive and only lasted 13 months it worked out about 20p per pill prompt, and that's cheaper than hiring a carer to pop in or driving to mum's every single evening, so I'll buy another one.

Superb product that has helped me out when caring for my mum. Simple to operate and a loud enough alarm so that it can be hear by the hard of hearing. The customer service from Carly from the Tabtime has been nothing short of a miracle in this day and age. Had a couple of niggles with mum taking of the battery cover and losing it. I also lost some of the spare medication schedule discs. All sorted by Carly quickly and efficiently. Great service and great product.

We've been using it for a month and it helps a lot with medication reminders. Disabled the sound alarm easily, now it just flashes, which is perfect. Not too difficult to set up.

This is a godsend for my Mother with dementia. The pharmacy could offer no help for her pattern of medication but this has a loud alarm which does not stop till she tips it to take her tablets.The correct tablets are easy to access while the next tablets are locked away. Depending on number of times a day tablets are required, it copes with up to 6, affects how long before it needs refilling but at 3 times a day refilling is every 7 days. The only downside is with arthritis in my hands I find it a bit of a challenge to open after unlocking . The set up took a bit of time and studying of the instruction paper but once its set nothing has to be altered. A very good item to help with taking medication although help might be needed with the initial set up for some people.

Nos ha ayudado mucho en la medicación diaria del familiar. Programas las alarmas, dispones las pastillas en el interior como sea necesario y una alarma como, la de un despertador, te avisa a la hora programada y no para hasta que coges la pastilla dispensada. No atrasa ni adelanta, siempre puntal. El consumo de pilas es mínimo pero mejor estar atento para cuando convenga cambiar. Buenos materiales y acabados.

Un prodotto che può veramente aiutare nella somministrazione esatta dei medicinali, specialmente quando sono tanti e da prendere in vari orari. Consiglio di leggere attentamente le istruzioni prima di impostarlo. Non è difficile programmarlo ma è bene capire tutto a fondo, poi diventa facile. Presenti 28 scompartimenti che con l'impostazione a 4 allarmi giornalieri permettono di avere una intera settimana di autonomia. Il vantaggio principale nell'utilizzo é quello di poter verificare in qualsiasi momento se l'ultima dose di pillole é stata assunta e questo è fondamentale con utilizzatori anziani con poca memoria.Buona l'idea del doverlo rovesciare per far cessare l'allarme ,in questo modo si costringe a prendere fisicamente la pillola o le pillole. In definitiva un acquisto utilissimo (io ne ho già due) specialmente se a farne uso sono persone anziane e se i trattamenti sono continui e articolati. Il distributore é chiuso con una chiave acquistabile separatamente se dovesse essere persa. Qualcuno ha scritto di fragilità nella cerniera di apertura ma si presuppone che il dispositivo venga caricato e predisposto non dall'anziamo ma da altre persone . E sufficiente un minimo di attenzione. In definitiva un dispositivo si abbastanza costoso, ma efficace e direi fondamentale per la salute di persone che hanno bisogno di seguire trattamenti in modo continuativo.
