Aluminium bolts so they’re really light weight which also comes with the con that they strip easy. Good news is, they don’t require much torque in the wellnut. If you over torque or botch the install, that’s user error. Out of ten, only one had a defect that didn’t require much to rectify. Some of the rubber gasket was in the thread of the nut. Couple in and outs of the bolt and it broke free, good as the rest. Color is a bit darker than my other gold bolts from another set of fairing bolts, but that’s okay. I prefer these bolts as they have a wide flat cap for a bolt head.

They fit

They appear to be good quality and finish. However, the screw tops (saucer head) are very small and look funny on the BMW S1000rr windscreen. OEM BMW uses a large saucer head screw.

Exactly what I needed

Absolutely does not fit the windshield on my 1996 kawasaki ninja. Even though it says they will. The little nut came out of the rubber just trying to use it. They rubber doesn't t fit inside the hole for the windshield.

Perfect fit for a Yamaha YSR50 windscreen.2 extra fasteners for the future. They look nice and great price. Plastic washers to keep the windscreen and fairings from cracking.

so had to replace all of the mounts on the windshield that i received. after figuring out that if you put the bolt in the hole from the wrong side you can push and wiggle a bit more effectively. sometimes the brass center piece will come out of the rubber sleeve, don't worry just a touch of silicone and everything will seat where it is supposed to be.
