Improved conversations
Saw improvement in my ability to remember words while speaking. I am 79 and had seen a form of brain fog coming when I could not come up with a word when speaking and it was getting worse. Since taking it daily I seldom have this. Thankfully!

Strong fish oil smell, but it works
These are small and easy to swallow, but the strong fish oil smell is so off putting. I don’t think I’ll reorder these. Let’s see if the effects are worth putting up with the smell Update: so it actually works really well and keeps my mind sharp while I work and study. I try not to smell the caps or the container. I will shop around, but if I don’t find any that works as good or better than this, I will return…

Supports mood and cognition
The best thing is that it lifts me from depression, anxiety and panic attacks. Works so much better than the Rx meds my doctor tried.
