Pleasantly surprised!
This was a gift for my son, so I have not see the specs and performance running...but a nice suprise on the water cooler, keyboard and mouse that we were not expecting. Looks great and he is very happy. Build quality looks good with a few wire management changes I would make. But for a pre built PC, I have no complaints.

Shiva 2 i512600K 3060TI
So it’s been a week and no issues so far pc came packed great. If you want the good one go for the TI version this one will be liquid cooled with a 240mm AIO other versions are definitely not as good this pc handles everything thrown at it CPU also stays cool while running for hours with games

Best ever
This my favorite computer this is best one I ever owned runs smoothly quite just add more ram to it I really love it.

Graphicss were weird and found broken piece inside tower.
Was happy when I got it and when I finally had time to set it up and power it on I had issues instantly. I got green lines on my screen and sometimes would not display at all. When I got to main desktop and started updating everything to current nothing really changed. I tried different monitors to see if the one I bought with the tower was the issue but it was the same. I checked drivers and saw that the NVIDIA graphics card wasn't working. I tried all troubleshooting options online I could find before I opened it up to check if anything seemed off and noticed a rattling sound and found a broken plastic piece. No idea if its important or not so rather than check further I decided to send it back the next day which really is a bummer. That said I cant really give it an actual rating beyond 1 star since I never got to really use it. The only thing I could say is that it is very quite but not much else.

Do not buy
Bought this product. Windows would not start right out of the box. Had the have a 3rd party to fix it. Good luck with customer service line I was number 4 in line and didn’t have a person on the end for 3+ hours.
