I bought 2 of these to make my caramels as I was starting to get a large amount of orders and cutting them by hand was time consuming and it hurt my hands! I am so pleased with these. Once i found the right tools to get my caramel into the molds, they set up nicely, pop right out and are very easy to clean as nothing sticks to them!

These were wonderful. Have made hard candy for years and never tried a mold before. And this made it so much easier.

Love how I can now get uniform sizes of caramels. It takes a little time to remove them from the molds but not as much time and effort as it took to cut them individually.

Glad I tried these. Made making caramels so much easier. No more cutting with a knife, and now have uniform pieces. Easy to clean.

If you can it makes it way easier to keep it clean to cut into smaller sections

I bought a pound of fresh ginger root, peeled it with a small spoon, put it in a food processor and minced it. Then I filled the cavities of this mold with fresh minced ginger and added about 3 drops of water. Froze it. The next day I removed the tiny cubes of ginger from the mold and put them into a plastic bag; put the plastic bag into a plastic bowl with a sealing lid. Placed that in the freezer. Now I have fabulous, fresh ginger anytime I want it. PS: ginger tea is divine!!!

Too much ness for ice cubes. Need a wire rack or cookie sheet to hold them while freezing.

There is nothing about this product I don't like. I have made several batches of soft butter Caramels and they turned out perfectly. I have used non-stick spray and they released easily. I also tried some without the spray and again they came out just as easy. That is a single batch in the pictures and it came out with 132 pieces of Caramel for a single batch. I highly recommend this product for candy making.

Compré el molde para hacer caramelos porque en el pasado he tenido muchos problemas para separar el caramelo pegajoso del papel de forrar (y también del papel de aluminio). Estos moldes funcionan muy bien y facilitan la tarea de retirar el caramelo. También me gusta el hecho de que no hay necesidad de cortar el caramelo porque el tamaño de las cavidades del molde produce una forma y un tamaño excelentes.
