OMG!
this is just the most gorgeous pan, perfect in every way, not too heavy and I got the glass lid to match which fits perfectly. First few uses, everything cooks evenly, no burning and then it slides out of the pan clean with nothing left in it. What a joy to use this after years of toxic teflon. So happy with it and it's good looking too!
