I never write reviews but this purchase is worthy of feedback. We have a very small office space and needed a bed that would fit our 6’ grown son comfortably when he visits. It turned out that one day after the bed arrived, we needed a separate space for my husband to sleep because I’d contracted Covid! Before this purchase I spent days researching all kinds of small profile day and Murphy cabinet beds. We ended up choosing this cot because it could be folded and stored out of the room when not in use. I hoped the good reviews were right and it would be sturdy and comfortable. This cot exceeded all expectations. It’s sturdy but light enough for me at 5’2” to manage. It arrived in perfect shape and was not difficult to assemble. The 5” mattress expanded quickly with no odors at all. The bed wheels easily from place to place. My husband used the bed the entire time I had Covid, then he got sick and was confined to using the bed for another week. He found it to be very comfortable and the height was sufficient to get in and out of easily. He didn’t need to add a mattress topper; said he couldn’t feel the metal support bars at all. When we both recovered we washed the mattress cover and bedding for next use, folded the cot with clean linens on top, and put a zippered cover over it that we bought online. The cot has a slim profile and sits unobtrusively in the corner, taking little room until next use. My husband worried the lack of supports on the sides of the bed would allow the mattress to shift laterally, but it didn’t. I was not paid to write this review; I wanted to share that hands down this was a great purchase which I would recommend to anyone with similar need.

Folds up nicely to save on space. Was not difficult to assemble however did require some tweaking with additional tools to get perfect alignment of metal parts. Mattress firm but comfortable. Sturdy. Extremely happy with this product. Has been used multiple times with no issues.

I am 80 yrs old and was able to set this up by myself. Getting it out of the box and cutting the endless zip ties was the biggest challenge. It was very well packaged. My main complaint is that there were no instructions and the videos on the site left much to be desired. But I was able to figure it out. I added a 2" mattress topper because I thought the mattress felt too firm. My grown grandson slept on it and pronounced it very comfortable.

Paint flakes off.Cracked metal legs.The item is NOT USABLE.Will be returning it.After reading the other reviews and that it is a FREQUENT RETURNED ITEM……Amazon should DISCONTINUE selling of this item.

My Heyward twin-size fold-up bed arrived yesterday. It was packed very well—foam pieces, cardboard pieces, zip ties--all worked well to keep the frame parts from rubbing against each other in transit, no dents or scratches to the finish. The box was thick, very sturdy; it had a couple holes punched thru, but no damage to the bed frame or mattress. I put it together right away; it was very easy to assemble, instructions were clear. Instructions stated to allow about 48 hours for the mattress to reach full depth; today, less than 36 hours later, it was fully fluffed up to 5” (I did measure it!). I added a 2” memory foam topper, to ensure maximum comfort for my guests. I plan on buying another in the near future. Highly recommend!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I read the reviews before purchasing and was a little concerned but once assembled this bed is great. Yes when you are assembling there are 4 hand screws that have to be attached. Where the parts meet for these you have to push with a good deal of force to get it to line up but, all do line up. The mattress is comfortable for what it is, a temp bed. My only negative is with shipping. This item is shipped with signature required and can only be signed at the address where it is shipped, can not go to a fed ex center to pick up. The seller should state this somewhere as most people work during the day. I do understand they are doing this to make sure no one steals this

this is a good bed, but you can find one just as good at a lower price... BTW, folding it back up is not quite as easy as the videos show when the mattress is in there, it takes some work and strength, I suggest two a people team for folding it back up... and if you decide that you don't want it or like it, you might as well give it away to a friend, returning will cost you too much, and takes too long to get whatever is left credited back to you..

The delivery is fast. I have just used it for 2 nights now. The mattress is comfortable. The latches need improvement; it is not easy to put and not very firm once in secure position. My buckle strap comes incomplete compared to the figure in manual.UPDATE: I tried to contact the seller but no answer until now.
