### ⭐⭐⭐ Doesn't work with all A/C remotes

Only works with A/C units that have the temperature on the IR remote control itself. After care was helpful in identifying this problem. No use to me though.

### ⭐ Extremely unreliable

In fact, during 1 year of ownership, it only worked properly for 5 days. Otherwise, it either did not work at all, or it forgot to send the signal to the A / C. The application for Android is a nightmare, it drops the user login data constantly, so they have to be re-entered once or twice a week. Technical support is helpless and they only apologize, but have never solved real problems. It also happened a few times that the controller was not available for a few days at all. Now I switched to Sensibo and it just works.
