Carrier is easy to reach via phone, online booking, or the Cool Connect App.Only downside is the remote. Both of mine stopped working after a year. If under warranty, you’ll get a replacement free. Otherwise, you’ll need to order one, which takes 10–15 days and isn’t always easily available.Overall, a great AC at a reasonable price with strong performance and support—just let down by poor remote quality. Carrier, please improve your remote durability!

Nowi came to know that this is a serious issue in this AC.It looks like these companies are making a fool of customers by providing faulty motors so that they can earn from service centers as well.
