Provide good grip but I became very hot while running
I bought this to assist while running. I am extremely short-sighted and have to run in glasses.There is no doubt that the strap keeps my glasses on. However, I note the following: it seems to me that my head gets hot, I sweat across my head more and as the run progresses the strap becomes somewhat uncomfortable ... so I find myself adjusting it during the run (which is easy to do). As I am someone who gets hot whilst running (I have run for more than 40 years) these maybe unique to me.As a result, after using about 5 times, I no longer use them.

Identical to the Gill product
After seeing a friend lose his prescription sunglasses overboard I decided to protect my own glasses with a float. I ordered several different types for me and the boat crew. This retainer, in "shoptic B&S" packaging with a German label, is identical (not similar, exactly the same) to a Gill model I also ordered, apart from not having "Gill" printed on the fabric. You get two of these for ~£10 vs. ~£6 for one Gill branded retainer.
