I bought this watch as a Christmas present. It is gorgeous.When I opened the box I immediately saw that the strap was not going to be wide enough. I called Sekonda in Leicester (01162882500 - Option 4 (Materials) and asked if there were spare links that I could purchase. The lady that answered the phone was polite and extremely helpful. She is posting me the required links at no cost - now that is what I call customer service!

Strap too small even when fully extended.Unsure whether to return or pay for a jeweller to try and obtain links (?) .Very disappointing.

A nice looking watch, but a bit pricey. I only purchased it because my wife really wanted it although she did tell me not to pay that much for it and to look for a cheaper alternative.
