2 Way Quick Connect Garden Hose Connector

I bought this cheap hose connector as I thought what could be wrong with such a long time established technology. I used it between two hoselock aqua stop ends on my hose and it clicks together fine and allows me to quickly disconnect. However under any water pressure the 2 hose ends move away from this connector and if I drag the hose it disconnected itself leaving me with no water at my hose gun end. The water would then flow out onto the floor where ever the green connection was.

A marvelous little innovation. allowed me to cut worn pieces of hosepipe out where the leaks were in old hosepipe, joined up to make a complete pipe again, and only £1-34 Free PP. Even received order in two days. " Saved me Loads Of Money " in not having to buy a new hosepipe. BRILLIANT !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Product is total rubbish.I was sent different to that shown. (came in green colour). I Bought 2, both were rubbish. Save your money do not buy this product.I used Hoselock, Gardenia and two others female connectors to join to it but they blew off under modest pressure.I have bought a quality metal Hoselock version which works perfectly. You certainly get what you pay from Hoselock

A simple but effective product which is easy to see and to use. Happy with purchase.

This is the worst Product I've ever had the misfortune to buy on Amazon it does not work you connect it to a hosepipe turn your water on and it shoot straight out of the fitting I ended up having to buy another connector for £3.99 at Wickes . Save yourself some time and energy don't waste your time on this product

This hose coupler looks fine and will link up without any problems to older Hoselock and cheaper imitation end hose fittings. If you've got relatively new Hozelock fittings then this will not work and, under pressure, the joint will open leaving you with a lot of water spraying around. Perhaps Hozelock have modified their design slightly to make the cheaper brands incompatible. I don't know, but give it a good test first.

Disconnects every time I use it. Waste of money

Took a long time to arrive or maybe I'm impatient. Saves buying new hosepipes as I need 300 ft and this male connector helps me extend my hose to reach allotment
