The real thing.
This is the real stuff and the only thing I would ever use on my Christmas cake. The price will make your eyes water, but you can't compare. Most supermarket marcipans comes in at less than half that %, and tastes of almond essence. I don't do it often, but when I do I want it to be right, this is super stuff. Most continental baking of any standards would be using a 60% or more marzipan.

The Best Ever Marzipan!
Nothing compares to Anton Berg marzipan. It is superior in every way to anything that can be bought in the UK. With 63% almonds no other product can match it as they uses 25% or much less. If you love marzipan then once you have used this you will never again be able to use anything else; it is brilliant for cakes, bakes, cooking and to eat just as it is. Yes it is expensive, however it really is a case of you get what you pay for.

This is a very expensive marzipan but very very much nicer than the stuff you buy in a the shops. If you can afford it then definitely go for this maybe for a special occasion as too expensive for every day

HIGH ALMOND MARZIPAN
I needed high-quality marzipan for obvious seasonal reasons. However, can't you buy 'Anton Berg' (60%+ almond) marzipan in the shops anymore! ALL the rest of UK shop marzipan stock is approx. only 24% almond! This product, dear readers, addresses the problem nicely. It also arrived the very next day AND c/o 'free postage' option. Many thanks.
