Good, don’t really like the taste.
I have been using this for about two or so weeks now. It has a strong earthy taste and I absolutely abhor it in my water, however, with juice or even coconut water I don’t taste it. Not really sure if it is working, but I love the colour.

It gave me lose bowles first time I tried it.
So it gave me lose bowels. The first time I tried it.I googled on side affects because the packet had none? It was stupid really, but I think it will natrually have that effect because it cleanses.. should come with working though, the cramps aren't that painful just discomfort. It does say consult dr ect but within this greedy world I try to do everything I can for myself before doctors.It's a little startling it does that because I could be sitting there and it'll just leave poop coming out you can't feel it. LolJust be aware of it, you should allow 5-10days for the cleanse while using it so that's what I'll try I think it's just cleaning out? As it were.

Love to drink this first thing in the morning to set me up for my day ahead. When reading through the reviews I wasn't sure about this product due to earthy flavour or not flavour by some but very glad I bought it as I cannot taste any earthy flavour at all, plus know it is good for my health and noticed my armpits have no smell which is a bonus. Highly recommended.

Bad odour ''solution''
Not sure about gut health but definitely helped with eliminating bad odour after perspiration, I would suggest starting with small dosage, 3 small drops in a cup of water two times a day for a week or two did the job for me, hope helps.
