370 grams a pair of 350 taking the insoles out either way well worth a weight on a multi week thru-hike I use these myself on some of my backpacks 👍

Yes,I bought these shoes in anticipation of an upcoming overseas vacation, looking specifically for something lightweight, easy to pack, and comfortable for city walks. After a couple of weeks of long walks here at home, these shoes appear they will be perfect for that purpose.

Q: Are these slip on Trainers suitable for running?

As an avid long distance jogger, I can say that they hold up quite well in a leisurely paced run. I’ve even put sprinting to the test and they held up pretty well.Light weight and comfortable.
