The product cannot be turned on after 5 weeks. Have to contact product maker to solve the issue. They said somehow it doesn't work with Duracell battery.

So thrilled with the device! Have been very happy with using the device, have started to feel an increase in muscle tone after just a month and a half of using it. So easy to use and can take it anywhere!

I’ve only had mine for three days but i’ve had to change the batteries after every hour or so.. and I’ve just used it on my face so far so I can’t imagine the cost of batteries for using it on the rest of my body. The reason my sessions are taking so long is because the pads don’t stick as you can see in the pic, I’ve had to stick these down with masking tape or they keep falling off. Once they come off the program stops so it means restarting the entire process. Getting just 20 mins took an hour for me. Further the device is difficult to use, buttons stick and it switches off regularly. I’m terribly unhappy and even more disappointed.
