I got the size Medium men’s jacket for my husband who is 5’8’’ and 165lbs. We got the jacket for our trip to Iceland so hopefully it keeps up with the cold. It is light weight but still feels really warm. The interior is lined except for the arms. The only complaint we have is that the interior pocket zipper is difficult to open.Update** contacted the seller and they gave a partial refund due to the zipper not working properly. Seller was very helpful and responded quickly.

A lil stiff but over all keeps you warm and it don't get a lot of condensation from the ice .
